Opal crews using the new construction method of window installation here, which means the entire frame is replaced. This is normally recommended unless the existing frame is in very good condition. The windows were finished white with interior removable grilles which make it easy to clean.
We did some masonry work on the front to remove and dispose roll-walk brick sill below the front, large window. We also provided and installed new lime stone sill. Crews ground out deteriorated masonry at door brick soldier on the top and sides of brick. Locations were soldiered and tuck pointed with chemical cleaning after completion for a picture perfect finish.
