Our Window Services
Opal Exteriors provides two primary window services for Chicagoland homeowners. Both services use manufacturer-certified installation standards, premium window brands, and come backed by strong product and labor warranties. Note that we only install windows sourced through our trusted manufacturer partners — we do not install customer-supplied products.
Not sure which service you need? Window replacement (also called pocket or insert replacement) installs new window units into your existing frames — faster, less invasive, and more cost-effective when frames are structurally sound. Window installation (also called full-frame or new construction) removes the entire frame, trim, and flashing, making it the better choice for damaged frames, remodels, or new openings.
Window Replacement
The most common window service for Chicagoland homeowners. If your windows are aging, drafty, damaged, or simply outdated, replacement upgrades your home’s energy efficiency, comfort, noise reduction, and curb appeal in one project.
