Stucco and trim style siding accent the upper half of this home and it’s grand gables. For this remodeling project we installed a modern alternative to traditional stucco, fiber cement stucco panels. These panels were manufactured by James Hardie, a leader in fiber cement siding. They closely resemble old world stucco, but with the modern convenience and low-maintenance of fiber cement board. The siding color for the stucco is called Monterey Taupe. This home got the royal treatment with a number of upgrades including: all new Andersen Windows, James Hardie soffit, and a ProVia front door.
